the location was convenient near the metro station. the staff was friendly and ready to assist with requests i had. my room was spacious and included a small kitchenette, a feature i found practical.
the in-room dining menu had limited options, which became a bit repetitive. i also experienced inconsistent water temperature in the shower. It was either too hot or too cold.

Excellent Suite and Convenient Location

The suite was spacious, and it included a separate lounge area and a kitchenette. The fridge freezer combi was very useful! I froze bottles of water for daily excursions. The bed was comfortable. The light switches allowed switching lights on and off from bed. A pull-out washing line existed in the shower.
I found tiny white paint splats in the room. It seemed that they were from the last repaint! There was no bath mat. The curtains were fixed, immovable, and covered most of the window.

The hotel offers a rooftop pool with views and also provides a gym. I found the gym well-equipped. It offers several machines for cardio. A nice panorama could be enjoyed from the rooftop.

The front desk staff and concierge were cordial, and I found them to be helpful. The hotel staff was always friendly. They assisted me by exchanging larger notes for smaller denominations. This helped with my outings.

The location was GREAT. It was easy walking distance to the metro station. This was convenient for getting around. The staff were always super friendly and helpful. They even helped by exchanging some of my larger notes for smaller denominations. It. After I checked out, I stored my luggage there. I had a late flight. I returned late that evening, and I was allowed to take a shower in the gym facilities. Then I relaxed on a deckchair next to the pool on the rooftop before leaving for the airport. I will DEFINITELY stay here again.
I found an issue with the room temperature. The hotel uses a motion sensor system. It turns off the air conditioning and lights after a short period of inactivity. This meant when you're sleeping and not moving, the a/c shuts off. The hotel has a fixed minimum a/c temperature of 25°c. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Even after changing rooms, the issue persisted.
